Yummy Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookie Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
   
½ cup coconut oil

½ cup raw honey
   
4 eggs
   
½ tsp. of vanilla  extract
   
1/8  tsp. sea salt
  
1 cup coconut flour
   
½ cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
   
¾ cup of 70% dark chocolate chips
   
  PROCESS:
   
Preheat oven to  375 degrees F
   
In a medium sized bowl, combine coconut oil and honey (microwave to blend together). 

Add eggs, vanilla, and salt 

ONce this is mixed, blend in the coconut flour 
stir in shredded coconut and chocolate chips 

on parchment lined baking sheets drop heaping tablespoons of cookie batter. Press cookie batter down with a fork or your hand to form the cookie shape. these cookies do not rise like regular cookies 

Bake for 12 -15 minutes until golden brown

6 eggs
1 cup of almond milk or full fat coconut milk
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 tbs baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
sprinkle of salt
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1/4 cup or less of honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed
2 blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth
3 cook on a pan greased with coconut oil for couple minutes and flip
4 ENJOY
