YUMMY I love Roasted veggies!!!!
Any veggie you can think of drizzle with extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil ( I put in a bag and shake so coats all veggie) put on baking pan add bit of pink or sea salt ( has trace minerals which is good ) and bake for 20-30 mins at 375.
