Energy Balls 

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (the darker, the better > 70%)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil 

  • Mix all ingredients together. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Then scoop and form balls. Enjoy!
