Zucchini Bake 
2 cups of thin sliced peeled zucchini 
8 eggs (organic) 
sauteed onions 
garlic to taste 
oregano to taste 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, coat pan with coconut oil and pour mixture into pan.
Sprinkle cooked nitrate free ground sausage and almond flour on top.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until zucchini is tender and ENJOY!!

Sausage Breakfast 

Saute grass feed nitrate free sausage in coconut oil 
after cooked add mushrooms and onions 
once tender add several handfuls of organic spinach 
once cooked down ENOY!!!!

Yummy Butternut Squash Soup
Chicken breast already cooked and shaved 
2 garlic cloves 
carrots, zuchinni, summer squash (any of your favorite veggies) 
2 cups of butternut squash 
1/2 onion 
extra virgin olive oil
4 cups of chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup of water
2 cups of spinach

1 heat oven to 425
2 roast veggies after coating with olive oil for 20 mins
3 bring chicken stock to a simmer and chicken and herbs.
4 add most all of butternut squash and onion in a blender with water and puree
5 add blended veggies and rest of none blended veggies to chicken stock
6 add spinach when about to serve for 5-10 mins

Stop eating food that really isn't food!!! Foods that have 20-40 ingredients that you can't even pronounce aren't actually food. Good way to start eating healthier is to start eating real food. Food that actually tastes good and fills you up but doesn't make you feel stuffed.
