Energy Balls
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup raw honey
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (the darker, the better > 70%)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Then scoop and form balls. Enjoy!
