Egg Muffin
These are perfect for on the go. Make ahead breakfast for when you just don't have time.
Scramble organic eggs in a bowl
add any of your favorite meats or veggies (bacon, sausage, spinach, kale, peppers,onions)
grease muffin tin with coconut oil
pour egg mixture in the muffin tins
Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes or until firm and brown on top
