My name is Katie Cole. I graduated from Grand Valley State University with an Exercises Science Degree and a clinical emphasis. I am a certified personal trainer through ACSM.
My husband and I just moved back into Greenville and I am excited to help make a difference in the health of my home town community.
I love helping people reach their health and weight loss goals. I have a passion for fitness and food.
I specialize in weight loss goals. I feel strongly that it is important in any weight loss goal that there is a balance. I love helping people feel better and move better. I strive to help each of my clients not only get results but give them tools to maintain them as a lifestyle.
My schooling however has also equipped me for more involved training such as pregnancy, back pain, arthritis, and children to name a few.
My training is focused mainly on increasing metabolism and building muscle to burn calories quickly. Strength training also increases bone mineral density, improves cholesterol and enhances cardiac function. I have a passion for the science behind this training and would love to show you how it works.
