What are you eating ???

Processed foods are low in nutrients and high in chemicals
usually having high amounts of carbs and low amounts of protein

Natural foods (meat, nuts, veggies, fruit) are high in nutrients and low in chemicals (depending on quality) usually having low amounts of carbs and high amounts of protein

It is important to understand which is better for you and to choose those foods to eat!!!
