Zucchini Bake 
2 cups of thin sliced peeled zucchini 
8 eggs (organic) 
sauteed onions 
garlic to taste 
oregano to taste 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, coat pan with coconut oil and pour mixture into pan.
Sprinkle cooked nitrate free ground sausage and almond flour on top.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until zucchini is tender and ENJOY!!
