Energy Balls 

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (the darker, the better > 70%)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil 

  • Mix all ingredients together. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Then scoop and form balls. Enjoy!

    Avocado Stuffed Burgers 
    This recipe is great for summer nights, it is so tasty!! 
    You need: 
    Grass feed beef 
    2 avacados
    sun dried tomatoes chopped no oil 
    half a lemon juice 

    Make patties separate (you need them thin because you will be using two patties to make one burger). Add all other ingredients in bowl and mix well. Put mixture on one patty and lay other patty on top to make a stuffed hamburger. Grill to liking and ENJOY!!!

    I love almond butter. I normally buy it at costco but it is costly. Today I wanted to see how hard it would be to make homemade almond butter and it was easy!!!! 
    2-3 cups of almonds (raw) 
    bake in the oven for 8-10 mins at 400 
    let cool slightly then add to blender ( I used my food processor)
    blend for about 10 mins till smooth
    ( this is also how you can make almond flour!!!! You only blend it for a couple minutes until it looks more like a flour!!!)
    I added a little bit of honey to make sweet while blending but next time I make it I think I am going to add flax seed, some pure vanilla, and honey!!!!
    This is such a great addition to a snack  ENJOY!!!!
