 It is important to have the right ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fats in our diet. Unfortunately our society is eating so much omega 6 fats that the ratio is completely out of wack!!! This article explain what each fat is and how to eat so that the omega 3 and omega 6 are at an equal ratio.
